Q I have lots of tulips and daffodils and other spring sprouting plants in my grass if I was to go over my grass with a weed killer would that kill my tulips and daffodils that are underground
A:It may not kill the bulbs directly however the if you use a round up like weed killer then they chemical does stay in the soil and will be picked up by the bulbs and either will kill them or cause them to be deformed and vinegar weed killer will kill the grass and not hurt the soil you may have to apply it several times

AGaskets in unused lids work well for at least 5 years from date of manufacture. The gasket compound in older unused lids may fail to seal on jars. Buy only the quantity of lids you will use in a year." My opinion, the A year date is a good number to go by.

Will that stump of the brussels sprout plant grow to another stalk or do you have to plant a new one.
A it may grow some but it would focus all its energy in seeds the second year.

Q what do you do about flee beetle and cucumber beetle

A:Flea beetles are most active in spring when adults emerge and their feeding can severely damage seedling plants. ... Neem oil and some horticultural oils are also effective at repelling flea beetles.

Q Is it safe to reprocess in the hot water bath the jars the day after. My lids didn't seal?.
