1 – important to save seeds

4 – easy – tomatoes, lettuce, beans, squash, melons, radish
Moderate – leeks and onions
Difficult – cucumber, parsnips, eggplant, carrots

Garden fall clean up
- Trash diseased plants
- Revitalize potting soil
- Pull weeds that may go to seed
- Note what did well and not so well
- Plan on where crops are moving to next year
- Garden center clearance
- Bring in leaves
