There is so much emphasis in power, and explosion when you hear about the "training" aspect of sports. So many coaches from a young age want to see how much weight you can lift and the focus is so often set in on that piece of training, and we happen to neglect the other important aspects of it.

Recovery, stretching, mobility, etc. These are all super important, yet often overlooked, aspects of training. This is how you truly take your body to the next level in your training.

For this reason, we are bringing on a Facial Stretch Therapy Specialist (FST Specialist), Kody Olinger, to share his knowledge with the rest of us.

Kody has a history of competing as an athlete and has a passion for helping others! He's worked with many athletes (including Drew Brees) and he's here to help you all understand the importance of what he does.

What I love about Kody's approach is his focus on what some would call the "non-traditional" things. (Breathing being one of them). But what I encourage you all to do is to put aside what you have been taught and listen to this with an open mind. I guarantee you'll come out of it better when you implement what Kody teaches.

I also want you do to me a favor and follow Kody on all of his platforms.
