Sista Circle - Black Women in Tech, with Lexi B.

In today’s episode, you’ll meet Alexandria Noel Butler, known as Lexi B. She is one of Silicon Valley’s most candid and prominent voices. In April 2017, Lexi B founded Sista Circle: Black Women in Tech, a community that supports Black women in tech companies and tech related professions. Sista Circle has partnered with organizations such as Phenomenally, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin and Slack. 

We’re going to talk about building communities, checking privilege that involves race, gender, and knowledge, and why social change requires inner work.
