Most of us go through life believing that we are just dealt a hand of cards and it's simply the luck of the draw if we're happy  with it or not.

However, life is actually a collection of every choice you make. Conscious and unconscious choices. 

It’s an uncomfortable truth, but also one that can put you on the path to creating a life you absolutely love.
