36: Selling Your Home During the Holidays, For Sale By Owner. Is it a Good Idea?

In this episode, Steve Klein explores the question, is it really a good idea selling your home during the holidays?  Especially if you are doing it on your own, For Sale By Owner style. 

The answer is maybe yes, and maybe no.  Depending on your situation, level of commitment, and the need to sell.  Let's explore it together.  Plus you have to be prepared for how to sell your home during the holidays. Sales can tend to slow down, especially in November and December (in the US). 

The great news is being a FSBO Home seller, you can make this decision on your own, and do what's best for you.  Spending time with loved ones, and potentially making extra money selling your home on your own, on your own, and saving that real estate commission fees is also another option.  And I have a tip that could draw interest to your home.  Even during the holidays.
