This is the home Steve is selling for his mom, to meet her assisted living and health care needs.  Still this was also the home Steve grew up in. In this episode he touches on that briefly, as well as delving into how to stay motivated and focused on the Goal and the Outcome of your FSBO Sale.

When markets are great it's easy, but when markets are tough, it may be more difficult to sell right away.  It's not enough sometimes to want to save money and stay motivated.  For Steve it's both a timing issue.  His mom will run out of funds for her health care facility within 6 months, so there is no way around this fact.  Still he is hopeful to sell this home on his own and without the help or a real estate agent and hopefully some creative ideas will help in that effort, and hopefully help you as well.
