In a prequel tale, Mathis—once a silversmith—bonds with Luthair and confronts Kalroux, the death lord of misery, in a battle that reshapes destinies. As mysteries deepen and the plague resurfaces, these stories weave a tapestry of memory, magic, and the cost of truth.
