This week we chatted with Dr Tom Williams from Number 8 Bio. On tackling one of the main causes of carbon emissions: methane from livestock. More importantly, we are discussing changing the diet of bovines from grass to seaweed, to stop them burping out greenhouse gases.

Of course with a hungry planet, having carbon-neutral meat is one piece of the puzzle.
