Enchanting Stories of New Mexico - What Chile to plant this year?

What role do we Chile users have? We are the end users of the Agricultural Researchers and Commercial Farmers. We must arm the growers with what we liked the best out of the 2023 Hatch Valley Chile Crop. I know that the Chile Farmers are planning what to do for 2024. Researchers and Farmers have been planning the next crop at this time of the year for a hundred years. For me, out of the various 2023 Hatch Valley Chile offerings, one product line stood out. While all the Hatch Valley Chile I ate this year was good, it was the 2023 Varietal Big Jim Chile line that I enjoyed the most. There were four kinds: Green, Red, A blend of Green and Red and Red Enchilada Sauce. The Big Jim Red and Green blend was my absolute favorite.
