We know self worth is important, but do we understand why we may lack it? Or why it exists in some areas of our lives and not in others? Why do so many of us strive on the daily to earn our value? Today’s episode centers around a deeply vulnerable conversation I had with my husband and why I’m actively working on building my own self worth muscle. Our subconscious mind is like a computer - we programmed it as children, but we can re-program it as adults to elevate our levels of self worth and heal from poor self esteem.
