Motivation is a crazy thing. One second it’s there and another it’s gone. I think this partly has to do with the fact that in the change process or improvement journey we often times don’t take a step back and give ourselves credit for the work we are doing. Especially since the fruits of your labors don’t materialize on a daily basis. They build over time until you finally achieve and then repeat.
