The main subject is keeping the communication loop active and positive between Franchisee and Frachisor.  Ups and downs are inevitable in a  long term business relationship, how each party views and respects one another doesn't have to be that way as well.  At the end of the day, both parties want the same thing.  Franchise owner success.
