Imagine this, it's 1990... you're Jon Bon Jovi, and you've just got off a plane.. you're in Australia for your 'Young Guns II' press tour, and are whisked into the Channel 9 Studios (Bendigo St, Richmond) where you are insulted by a mop with a mullet wig on, and then you have to judge a talent show where some guy does an incredibly accurate impersonation of a seagull.. welcome to Hey Hey It's Saturday!

And if you were a teenager in the 90’s (like we were!) you had little else to do on a Saturday night except for trying to understand the craziness of this show.
