In this episode, we're going to talk about the "box jump". If you aren't familiar with the box jump: it's a plyometric movement exercise where you stand in front of a square box, dip down, bend, and create enough force so that you can jump up on top of the box, stand up, and jump back down. Not a big deal for a personal trainer who has been in the fitness field for over twenty years, right?
Wrong. So very, very wrong.
Today, I'm sharing with you a personal story about the box jump, and how we (yes, that's a collective we) allow our fear and our baggage to sabotage our growth and prevent us from moving forward.
And I've got a few suggestions on how to CHANGE that.
