The Final Ghouls are getting fitted for explosive collars and making life-or-death alliances as we look at the 2000 Japanese dystopian action-thriller Battle Royale!  Holly, Jeremy and L dive into the controversy surrounding the film's release,  how which characters resonated the most with us and the several themes built into the movie

Get Ready For: Discussion how the film differs from the novel thanks to L, the inevitable Hunger Games comparison, lots of Mitsuko love, Jeremy's top five Battle Royale characters, why you shouldn't (or should!) try to order the Royal Rumble while sick, why the Ultimate Edition's ending doesn't work for us, and our apologies for stumbling through the pronunciation of some of the character and talent names.
