I’m not gonna lie. I was seriously struggling!  After 2+ years of an almost completely sedentary lifestyle, I was carrying a lot of excess weight and I had multiple injuries that were creating tons of inflammation and discomfort throughout my body. 

I was struggling to work out. 
I was struggling to get in shape. 
I was struggling to get my ass off the couch to actually do anything about it. 

In fact, nothing was more daunting to me than the thought of pushing my body through even the simplest and shortest of workouts. And now only a few weeks later, I cannot start my day without first getting onto my mat. It’s actually one of my favorite parts of my day. And no, I didn’t have to get a lobotomy to get there.
