Its Mental Health Awareness Week so it's only right that we talk about the elephant in the room! Mental Health is often a topic which is not discussed because people feel uncomfortable putting themselves out there or simply just do not have anyone to speak to. This weeks podcast gives a point of view that says that mental health is more important that physical health and explores ways we can all be little kinder to each other by starting with looking into the mirror.
