Jonathan Cook is a regenerative dairy farmer based near Swindon, Wiltshire. He runs a small-scale, pasture-based farm producing grass-fed raw milk using the cow-calf model, alongside milk-fed pork, 100% grass-fed beef, eggs, and honey.
