5-minute walk
10-minute EZ pace
5-minutes of strides - 5 sets :20 sec to get to top-speed and then :40 recovery
5-minute EZ pace

Workout:
2 minutes at 2%
1 minute at 1%
3 minutes at 3%
1 minute at 1%
4 minutes at 4%
1 minute at 1%
5 minutes at 5%
3 minutes at 1%
Repeat 2x

Cool-down:
5-minute walk
