Warm-up:
2 minutes Dynamic stretches
5-minute warmup slow walk and shake out
10-minute EZ Running 3-4 RPE
Fun-Sized Tempo Workout:
5 x 5:00 Tempo sets
5:00 minutes @ Tempo pace 6-7 RPE
1:00 minute of active recovery 2-4 RPE
Cool-down:
10-minute EZ Running
5:00 minute walking recovery
