Warmup:
2 minutes Dynamic movements

5-minute warmup walk, jog, or light run 

BOGO Workout: 

10 Sets of 1 min push with 30-sec recovery (15 minutes)

2-minute recovery 

5 sets of 2 min push with 1-min recovery (15 minutes) 

Cooldown: 

5 min light jog

3 min walk 

2 min static stretches
