While over on bRUNch we "previewed" what workouts would look like in summer, we want to share a special version of the preview with you. You'll find that this workout is set to a summer hits playlist with a heavy BPM that will keep those feet "sizzlin' through the seven intervals.
Warm-up:
2:00 dynamic stretches
5:00 minute walk
5:00 minute walk, jog, or combo
Workout:
5:00 minute RPE 6-8 (or check Final Surge for pacing or incline)
2:30 recovery with walk or light jog at 1% incline
x7 - Yep you read that right. SEVEN IS HEAVEN!
Cool-down:
5:00 walk
3:00 static stretches
