We aren't kidding when we say we want you to be strong, stay as injury-free as possible and that we are going to make this training season the best one yet!
So we present to you an AMRAP bonus workout. The AMRAP is super short, but we will work you through a warm-up beforehand.
Dynamic Warm-up Movements:
Jumping Jacks
Squats
Wall sits
High Knees
Walk in Place, outside, or jump rope - stay warm for three more minutes as we explain the AMRAP.
AMRAP - As Many Rounds or Reps as Possible in 7 minutes.
5 burpees
10 pushups
15 squats
20 walking lunges (10 on each side)

Just like in our test, we want FULL, Clean reps of EACH movement.
Need to add some spice? Add some light hand weights.
