THIS IS IT! The week of your RACE DAY!!!
You have worked so hard and we are so proud of you.
Do not go all out during this workout; keep it nice and easy, and make sure you do nice gentle movements the days before your 5k.
This week we are joined by Ms. Betsy Hughes of Track Shack, the local running organization and store in charge of putting together the Park Avenue 5k. She has tons of tips to keep in mind so that you have the best 5k ever!
You can do this workout 1-2x this week.

2-min Dynamic Stretches:
3-min Walking Warm-up
12-min Happy Pace
1-min halfway break
12-min Happy Pace
5-min Walking Cool-Down
