Workout:
12 minute - RPE 5
10 minute - RPE 6
8 minute - RPE 7
5 minute - RPE 8
4 minute - RPE 9
2 minute - RPE 9.5
1 minute - LET IT GO - PUSH FINISH LINE SPRINT
Cool-down:
5-minute walk or light jog
Static Stretches
Frozen cool-down yoga or Traditional cool-down
