25 minutes of 30/30 intervals

Breathing Tips:
- Nasal Breathing: Breathe through your nose to improve endurance.
- Rhythmic Breathing: Try a 3:2 ratio (inhale for 3 steps, exhale for 2).
- Diaphragmatic Breathing: Breathe deeply into your belly.
- Relax Shoulders: Keep shoulders relaxed to improve breathing.
- Listen to Your Body: Adjust your pace if needed to maintain steady breathing.
