17: GUEST: Love Warrior Ric Gressel on Authenticity Amidst Adversity

Embark on this motivational exploration with our beautiful friend, Warrior Ric, as we traverse continents and decades together sharing his multicultural passion for human rights advocacy. From a protesting student at Stanford to international model, Ric's transformative journey truly began when faced with an identity in the mirror that he no longer embraced. Choosing to evolve from carefree party boy into fatherhood and community leader, Ric uses Love Warrior attributes to battle both personal and public pain and injustice. 

Coach Sam and her brother Ric revisit their time together under the World Obstacle Federation project and her visit to his home in South Africa.
