Feeling like we've hit a wall can sometimes leave us feeling hopeless or helpless, but we're here to remind you dear human - it's not the end of the road.  We get that not every moment in life is AWESOME.  Even though our name is The Everyday Awesome Project - we realize not every single moment can be awesome.  But, it IS possible to find awesome in every day life if we know how to look.

We're peeling back the layers on emotional turmoil, and trust us, we've been there—trudging through the muck of doubt and lack of motivation. But we're not just here to nod sympathetically like we can't relate - we can totally relate! We want to help you remember to flip the script with the 'three Ps' that can tear down your mental mindset;  permanent, pervasive, and personal—and how to sidestep these mental potholes.
