This week the ECC team was supposed to have a guest on board, however unfortunately due to schedule constraints, our guest could not make it.
This however does now mean that we can not make a great episode without our guests, This week Tim and Alex talk about the mental rigors of hard dieting phases. Those looking from the outside in can say it's all easy to be prepared and eat clean food on a daily basis, and for the most we would probably agree with them. After you get into a routine it can be quite easy to keep it going.
The difficult part is when it's crunch time about 4-6 weeks away from a goal whether that is a stage for males or females or just simply peak physical condition as it would relate to more of our general population listeners and clients.
How deep should you dig in order to overcome these difficult times, sometimes it's what determines a great outcome or a shi**y one.
As competitors and ultimately the person who is going through the physical transformation you should always be cognizant and aware and remember that you do ultimately have the control.
