Tepid Optimism

Lyndon, Adam and Paul look ahead to the Anfield edition of the Merseyside derby which offers Everton the chance to leap out of the bottom three if they can win on the ground of the old enemy for only the second time this century. The reds are somewhat in disarray and wracked by injury but the Blues have been burned so many times in this fixture that hope rather than optimism is usually the order of the day
