New season, same old Everton as David Moyes’s depleted side fumbled their way through 82 minutes of goalless action before being undone by a controversial penalty decision that allowed Lukas Nmecha to fire home the winner for Leeds at Elland Road. We do a grisly post-mortem on a dreadful season-opener and discuss whether Moyes’s team selection and substitutions made sense on the night.
