ep. 95 - how to choose the right coach for YOU.

Choosing someone to be in the inner work with you is a big deal and turns out, you agree. After polling my community i found that the number 1 thing that stops your from doing your inner work is trust: in yourself/your decision, the coach themselves and that you've hired the right coach for YOU. Over my years of being on both ends of a coaching service, i've been able to refine the process of making this decision down to fine art. 

It all comes down to 3  simple yes/no questions. You get 3 yes's...then she's the one.
