What's a Business Operations Manual, and why do I need one?

In this episode I talk to Isobel Harris (no relation!) of Isobel Harris Business Support.  A major part of our conversation is about the importance of having a Business Operations Manual, what that actually is, and how she helps clients create one.

When I asked about Isobel’s definition of success, she quoted Einstein – that’s a first for this podcast series!

Isobel works with other businesses, helping them in areas where they need support.  It's her job to ensure that her clients operate in a more professional way and that they don't make any silly mistakes - particularly relevant at this time when many people are not fully focussed on their business and distractions are plentiful.  Working with small businesses, she keeps the operational cogs moving, allowing the business owner to focus on their clients and maximise their profit.
