I spoke first to Vicky about White Communications, but also about Appetite, her new venture providing marketing solutions for restaurants.

Sarah then talked howe being a helicopter pilot for the RAF in a combat zone helps her to help business leaders.  We also talked about her book, which comes out (or came out, depending on when you’re reading this) on 5th October.
