Today I chat with Ian Moyse, EMEA Sales Director at Natterbox. Ian is now managing all of his people remotely, and some of them he hasn't even met face to face, as they're new recruits.
We talk about how he does that, and does it effectively, and he reveals some great ways of engaging a team remotely.
He also does some close-up magic, which doesn't really work on audio, but I really enjoyed it!
