Reciprocating his invitation to me to appear on his podcast, I invited Phil Rose of Ignium Consulting to appear on mine.
I believe Ignium is a great name, and we start by talking about why that’s the name, and move on to what the business does, and for whom, a conversation that deals with the difference between consulting and coaching.
We both believe that a business plan is a good thing to have, but in today’s turbulent times, how on earth do you plan for the immediate future, let alone the long term? Attitude is key! But what is the relevance of basketball?
And of course, given what we both do for a living, we had to talk about goals, and especially the T of SMART!
If you want to know more about the 10 Rockefeller habits, just Google it – there’s loads about it online. Or get in touch with Phil, who would love to talk to you about it!
Phil started his career as an aerospace engineer with Rolls-Royce before moving into the auto industry working for companies including VW & Audi. He started his first business in 2005 and has worked as a consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach since then. He is an ICF accredited Executive and Business Coach with experience working across a range of markets ranging from automotive to property and technology.
