Naomi Riches and Pete Schonbeck guest on The Business Show on Marlow FM 3rd November 2022

On The Business Show on Marlow FM on 3rd Nov 22, Pete Schonbeck of Productschon Consulting and performance coach and paralympic gold medallist Naomi Riches joined me to talk about their work and a range of business news stories.

I spoke to Pete about his work as a business advisor and his focus on the creative sector, with a broad definition of “creative”. We also talked about the challenges of starting /running a business in the current economic climate and the importance of varying your approach.

Naomi then talked about the significant change in her career, and the difference between a performance coach and a business coach.  It’s about being the best that you can be. She talked about her pleasure in helping people to achieve that, to realise their dreams, but those dreams have to be realistic.
