I talk first to Chris Bantock about Agency Local.  So – what’s an agency, and how has the word “local” changed over the last couple of years?  And what does Agency Local do for its members?

Janet Lacey of Not Just Travel was up next, and what a challenging time her business has had over the last year or so, as has every business in the travel sector.  But what now, especially with the very new news about changes to the amber list?  And why not just DIY your business or personal travel?
