ESP 353 - Orcas Island 50 Miler Lessons

On todays episode of the Endurance Specific Podcast Charlotte and I talk about our experiences (good, bad and ugly) at Orcas Island 50 Miler. This was our second time here and it was wet and muddy affair. 

DNF’s, cramping, good people and a we still had a whole lot of fun and got some good lessons to take further on the endurance journey.
