Before starting any personal development journey, it's helpful to have an idea of where we're starting from rather than jumping straight to where we want to be.
When we're first starting out, it may feel like we don't know who we are, but it's often because we haven't taken the time to really sit down, quiet our minds and allow ourselves to discover that part of us. So many of us are too busy trying to avoid thinking too deeply about ourselves because all we see is what we think is wrong with us. But when we take the time to acknowledge the good in us before we start making sweeping changes, we're affirming that we're changing to grow and not in order to be worthy.
In this episode, I share exercises that I often recommend to clients who are struggling to find their path in life. These exercises help them get in touch with their current selves, clarify who they aspire to be, and provide a framework for creating a more meaningful and purpose-driven life. I have done this work in my own life which I share in this episode to give you a sense of how you can use this work in your life, too.
When you do this work on your present and future self, you are pulling your greatest wishes out of your subconscious and into your awareness. And when you're aware of what you're striving for, your goals and dreams become possible and you start acting with more purpose and intention.
This is a long episode but one I hope you'll find extremely valuable.
Also, if you've ever been curious to know how a mindset coach can help you in your personal or professional life, stay tuned to the very end. Learn what I hear from my clients and why I believe so passionately that mindset work changes lives and can help you change yours, too.
