In this episode, I break down limiting beliefs for what they are: negative thoughts about ourselves that we've carried around for so long we believe them to be true and they've become a part of our identity.

These thoughts limit us from living life to the fullest and showing up as our best selves. Consciously or subconsciously, we let these beliefs keep us from exploring what we're capable of and who we actually might be under all the layers.

But if limiting beliefs are just thoughts, and we know thoughts are optional, then we get to choose whether we want to keep thinking and believing them. And if all they've done is hold us back in life, why wouldn't we want to do the work to let them go and search for new thoughts that will embolden us to pursue the life we want?

Limiting beliefs don't have to define our lives. But only we can do the work to change them.
