In this episode, I talk about how our brains process thoughts and feelings, and how these thoughts and feelings ultimately create our results.
When we shame ourselves or constantly engage in negative self-talk, we destroy our self-confidence and self-trust and hold ourselves back from really going after the things we want in life.
My coaching calls can be summarized by these thoughts:
People feel stuck, in their careers, in their personal lives.
They feel like they "should" be further along.
They don’t want to just live day to day. They want something more.
They want a life they WANT to live.
They want adventures.
They want to love a partner deeply.
They want freedom with their jobs.
They want financial security.
They want to find their tribe.
They want to feel like what they’re doing matters.
People are desperate for change, but don’t know where to start. So they keep doing what they’re doing.
But eventually the pain of staying the same becomes intolerable, and that’s when they seek guidance.
It's an absolute privilege to help people see there’s another way to live.
And it all starts with changing our thoughts and how we talk to ourselves.
