046 | What Coaching Is... and What It's Not ft. Shandi Starks

People often ask me, “What’s it like to be coached by you?” What better way to answer that than to hear it straight from a client’s mouth! Shandi Starks’ journey has been a joy to watch. She is vibrant and driven and has discovered that there is so much more in life for her. Shandi and I chatted about coaching, one of the challenges we had, and how coaching has enriched her life. Enjoy!

Shandi Starks believes that God has a plan designed specifically for you and that He cares about everything that you do. Shandi was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. She graduated from college with honors and went on to a successful career as a CPA. In 2006, Shandi made the decision to permanently retire from Corporate America to fulfill her long-term dreams of becoming a stay-at-home mother and assisting her husband build their ministry. Shandi’s proudest accomplishments are being an awesome wife and mother (to their 5 daughters).
