Tend Task is a company that focuses on creating a peaceful household partnership through their household organization app and coaching. Their company was designed to track and allocate the invisible labor happening in households but also provide solutions. They offer a subtle and direct way of inviting and offering support with essential household tasks to make room for more of what matters. Felicia gives us some insight on gender imbalances, why it is important to find balance and what motivated her to start her company.
