What is the ERA Test for IVF?

The time to talk about "everything I can possibly do to give myself the best chance of pregnancy success" is BEFORE your embryo transfer. Not after. This is why I discuss tests like the ERA test and Receptivadx test with all my patients before transfer. 

Doing an ERA test is like doing everything you would normally do for a frozen embryo transfer cycle except instead of showing up at the lab for a transfer, we remove cells from the uterine lining (the endometrium) to analyze first in Dr. Aimee's office.
