In this episode, we speak with Deidra Romero, a madre of two, who said EFF IT,  decided to open up about her divorce, and write a book about it.  There was a lot of shame surrounding divorce at the time she was going through this, but she knew that she wasn’t going to go through this journey alone and quiet.  And, it ultimately has led her to help women navigate divorce through coaching.  We all have the capacity to hold so much. You can be  happy and grieve at the same time, and know that we have the capability to do that and so much more.
