Season 3 Episode 2: “It’s EFFing Ok to Change Your Mind!”

In this episode, we speak with Mel Martell, a madre to a little boy, who decided to make a big, EFFing life change by moving the whole family to Costa Rica in order to slow down and be present.  After her career change about a year ago, things started moving really fast for her and her husband, but they didn’t want to miss out on all the magic of their son growing up.  So, they traded their hometown of Austin for a slower pace, and monkey-filled, life in Costa Rica for a while.  It was a very scary decision to make, especially when life was good.  But, it’s been a good move because it has made the family’s bond stronger, and has immersed them in nature and community.  Just know that it’s EFFing ok to slow down.
