Season 2 Episode 19: “Just EFFing Keep Going!”

In this episode, we speak with Sarah Covey, a madre of 2, who said EFF IT and decided to get back into singing by throwing a party concert for her 40th birthday party.  Life had gotten a bit busy after becoming a mom, as that often happens with a lot of us moms.  She had lost herself and wanted to return to her purpose.  And, of course, after doing something that aligned with her heart and soul, other opportunities started to present themselves to her, which tends to happen when you start walking a path of authenticity and self-love.  You just have to EFFing
