Season 2 Episode 11: Just EFFing Live the Fire!

In this episode, we speak with Kathleen Carter, a book publishing madre of two, who had a snowball of EFF IT moments that were happening all at once. She said EFF IT to her marriage, her job, to starting her own business and leaving the place she had been living in that she didn’t feel good about moving to in the first place.  She had been going against her gut, and falling into what society considered a “good wife” to be. But, she just couldn’t do it anymore.  Even though these were hard times for her and her family to go through, she is so much happier now than she ever was because she finally started listening to herself.  Just EFFing listen to your gut because if you don’t, everything will ultimately catch up to you.  Be true to yourself, give yourself enough credit to trust those feelings, and don’t worry about what other people are going to think of you.  It’s your life to live, not theirs!  Please make sure to follow Kathleen and what she’s up to, please follow her on Instagram at @kccpr.
